Aspiring Investor Looking to Network

Happy Friday everyone!

I am from Portland Oregon and I am looking to acquire my first rental property. I am currently planning on purchase a 2-4 unit property and doing a traditional house hack while updating the unit that I will be occupying. My eyes were first opened to the power of REI about 2 months ago and since then it has consumed almost all of my free time! Between the podcasts, reading books, and looking at properties its basically all I think about while not at work now.

At this point a big priority for me is to connect with other investors in my area (Portland). I am looking for those who are willing to help me learn my local market and finer details of investing while hopefully avoiding some of the mistakes that new investors typically make. I am also very interested in joining a REIA, but I understand things are a little different right now due to COVID.

I look forward to talking to all of you and hope you have a great weekend!
