Have you seen those micro storages I was up in BC ( British Columbia) fishing a few weeks back and saw a big billboard advertising micro storage.. and I have seen that In my travels to Europe.. that's an interesting concept for urban environment.

In addition to the house being a disaster, there was a separate garage that was caving in, piles of trash in the yard, two old bread delivery trucks, a rusted out Ford Bronco, rotting building materials, and miscellaneous fishing gear strewn about the yard.

After discovering BP, i really want to lean more heavily into real estate investing (currently own a condo and house in Portland, Oregon but realized i should broaden my search).

The economics of this city is based off of fishing/oil and gas. 

Or maybe they poured concrete down the drainOr maybe released bedbugs and termites into the house Or maybe put dead fish behind the drywall and patched the holes A dirty tub and a few hundred pounds of metal And a few damaged pipe IMO that is not even close to a disturbing dream tenant let alone a nightmare tenant   Lol

There's access to the big Deschutes River for kayaking, floating, fishing, etc., and a boat launch in the subdivision.
