I think everyone is holding their breath waiting for a crash and I believe we are heading more for a correction.

After all this results and I am about 2,091 miles away from home we were able to breath.

If someone hasn't already purchased it, it is probably just a fire breathing dragon lying in wait to devour an unsuspecting wanna-be real estate investor.

Here in the USA, since it is private, it can be expensive (you don't pay the test but probably have to pay the dr, nurse, the seat, the air you breath in the facility and all the crazy charges) and I'll bet the number of cases is much much larger that what is reported even now (if you conduct few tests you can only have few positive cases).

I pretty much eat, sleep, breathe it.It doesn't seem by your posting you have much experience and neither do the investors who might want to place money with you.

So my only recourse is to hold my breath and wait six more months until she's gone.
