If you read the info, interviewed people who did change "the hood', and lived through it yourself - you may have a different prospective.One reason I (Sacramento) co-authored the article with Ibrahim (New Jersey) and had the article peer reviewed was so those who respectfully disagreed with our approach (or disqualify our combined 30 years of inner city experience) might at least consider our successes as an anomalies.
