I lost money for several years and eventually donated the building to the church next door to convert to a halfway house to help former drug addicts get the help they need to recover.I would like to eventually own some apartments as a long term investment.Seeking to network with successful real estate investors and eventually reach my real estate goals by helping people rather than taking advantage of them.

I'm 29, a computer scientist by day and totally addicted to this site after discovering it a few days ago.I've been interested in real estate investing for the past 10 years or so and I've finally decided I need to stop wasting time and get involved.

I absolutely love living here, now addicting to surfing and pretty much stuck living close to the ocean for my remaining years.MFR is my current area of interest in Indi, Atlanta, Phoenix, St Louis, Austin, etc. and look forward to networking with everyone on this site.

The house was actually occupied by a very sad-looking addict who had made a habit of leaving blood-soaked cotton balls and bandages throughout the house.

But, some food for thought: some people are just disaster magnets (or drama addicts).
