To say they use too much TP is a DEFECT of property as it's NOT working in standard order and you WILL loose in court.

Hello BP community ,Looking to get insight/opinion on buy new construction for investment in Washington court house ?

The amount of time required to attend court hearings etc. is big.

@Allen Moore In New York City, section 8 is awful, the tenants play the system masterfully and the courts are in bed with the city.
