If its something a viewer is unaware of it doesn't take away enough space to justify not giving it to those who do

What would you want to see (ie a dedicated property viewer, in-house direct mail, syndication opportunities,???).

Found the wood in the trim/moulding section in Lowes and it wasn't visible to the casual viewer unless they got down and looked up under the counter overhang.Next I tackled a really bad caulk job behind the sink and there I found evidence of dry rot that the caulk was covering.

I bid on another property this friday but the seller said they wanted to wait before responding since they expect weekend viewers.

The market becomes defined by the viewer when they see the similarities of an area.

What amazes me is how this guy is still getting mega viewers and followers.

Are you using facebook,twitter, google plus to educate your community on how your process works or are you trying to pitch/sell your product to your viewers? 

One thing we recommend to our viewers and students is to raise the rent incrementally every year, to set expectations and prevent the rent from dipping too far below market levels.
