Discovered BP about a month or so ago, been listening to the podcasts almost daily,  commenting on discussions when I feel I have something to contribute, yet I just discoverd this forum to meet new members like myself.My name is Paige and I live in Baltimore, MD aka Charm City. 

For it to work, we need to see new permits suppress to lows and remain at those lows as more and more of the population funnels into multi-family residences. 

I was really trying hard to figure it out because of the location and it is very charming but same situation as the other 1920's duplex.

Many of the homes in the area are from the early 1900's with lots of charm and character that need work.

@Jeffery Waicak  In my town, you can't have more than 5 unrelated people living in the same house under the normal rental property rules.  6 or more with with a full time staff member falls into another category and might have some requirements you didn't think of, like a fire suppression system.
