First House hack- Inheriting tenants
28 October 2021 | 9 replies
For a tenant that takes good care of the property, is respectful to you, and pays rent on time I tend to be pretty flexible.I also recommend getting Brandon & Heather Turner’s book on managing rental properties, listening to podcasts /watching YouTube videos on the topic, and building a reference library of books and CD’s so you will be well informed and prepared to manage your property and your tenants.Hope this helps,Ken :)

Now, with a diminished supply being fought over for increased homebuilding and improvement projects, the wood you need for that Little Free Library project will cost you 250 percent more than it did last year. The upshot: Suppliers weren’t convinced that the construction industry could withstand the pandemic until 2021; they’ll need time (perhaps till 2022) to ramp up production enough to meet demand.
