Where in MS are you?

Hello I am an investor, I would like to know if anyone knows of a title company or attorney wholesaler friendly who closes in Mississippi?

I personally investing in Jackson, MS and Huntsville, Al markets. 

Good ole boy from Mississippi, has forgotten more than I will ever know about real estate investing.

I have never been east of the Mississippi River so be patient with me but where in Florida is Indiatlantic?  

Eager to learn about real estate investing. I'm thinking of moving and would like to rent my current home. I have NO idea how to do the transition successfully.

Good Afternoon,Can someone who has personally dealt with and or knows of some Trusted Portfolio Lenders that are in the Memphis,TN I'm preferably looking for Portfolio Lenders in the Shelby County ( for TN area ), and in the Desoto County ( for the MS area )Thank you for the help and any information or personal experience anyone is willing to share with a Lender they have used that does Portfolio Lending.And also please .....
