My partner was familiar with the Tucson Arizona from going to college and spending time in Tucson.

I recommend buying within 5-10minutes of downtown area or around college area if you are thinking about ADU adds and conversions.

I guess I was unnecessarily  worried with college kids living there.

I recently graduated from college and am considering taking a W2 job that is outside my field of study.

However, due to my college and career experience I can handle any of the electrical work while following the NEC.

I just accepted a job as a marketing coordinator for a local RE agency franchise office, at 21yo, a recent college grad.

I have been looking at houses there and I noticed that there is a College there as well.

I bought my first rental property around my 18th birthday and also got my real estate license around then (all while going to college, trust me it was a little busy).I kept busy buying properties while I was going to college (UWSP).
