@Anthony Dooley well, it is a peculiar hot market (but it is much cooler in December-January) especially when looking at the overpriced property that scares buyers with a lot of work to do; and do not present interest for flippers or those who can get very good deals as investors/contractors.

Came in with really low offer during a time where market doesn't move much going into cooler seasons.

So, with that being said, here's what I'm hearing from the water cooler rumor mill (including rumor mills that are loan originator only online groups of various sorts).- First use, no limit, no down payment required.

This helps air circulate naturally by letting the cooler air enter at the soffit and the warmer air exits at the ridge (peak).Having ridge vent installed is usually a very minimal cost increase.

Basically I’d put them in place and run the proper ducting (cfm specs) and have a technician come and handle the refrigerant.

People come to fish in the cooler months.What kind of insurance do you have on your pontoon?

I don't want it too far north and it is cooler in the winter months so closer south is what I was thinking. 

Have a professional come and service furnace/cooler.
