Life can be uncertain and not everyone is given the same opportunities, but if you put in your due diligence when screening them, a low credit score doesn't necessarily mean you will have to evict them.

You are right and I have read multiple forums where many claiming that it is really unusual to see mortgage companies actually call up on the clause as long as one is paying mortgage regularly.

Unfortunately, uncertainly does equal risk.

They also allege a pattern of conduct and disturbances by airBNB renters that further causes an unusual amount of headache compared to their renters who go through a completely different vetting process by the way. 

And other parts where rent going up 10%+/year isn't unusual. 

Unfortunately, what you're seeing isn't that unusual.

It's not unusual for a meter to be missing on forecloseures particularly.    

Seems unusual to flat out ban new single family rentals.
