I did replace my nice glass front door with a solid door that I gave my dad we traded. and my sons ceiling fan I put up I'm taking with me and the only other thing I gave away is 8 brand new interior nice 6 panel doors such as bed/bathrooms.So yes there are no interior doors on bedroom/bathrooms.

If not, you could use an electric water heater since it doesn't require venting (although would require a 2 poll, 30amp breaker in your panel).
