It has been active for about 30 days.It's like me buying a TV from Best Buy for $1,000 and posting it on CL for $1,200 and hoping a sucker bites.It's a complete waste of time and in my eyes the wholesalers lose their credibility instantly doing this.My question to other wholesalers on BP is what is even the point of all this?

The other units will be upgraded as vacancies occur but they currently bring in respectable ontime incomes.I am now rehabbing the main house for my 20 year old daughter who will eventually occupy & own it all.Just recently we went to one of our local Tax Lien auctions & watched as junk properties were bid into the stratosphere by the eager 'TV investor mind set'.

They'll blow their money on booze, vaping, Rx drugs legal or otherwise, fast foods, a couple of 55inch TV's, monthly cell phone & cable TV bills etc but have no concept of a Landlords property taxes going up to fund wasteful medicare, baby momma benefits, HEAP, food stamps etc etc.

I've thought of that myself - - but with only 6 units, I didn't see it working out.Two concept on LL provided services (of any kind)you have to forbid competing services, eg no one has access to the roof and/or may mount a disk to any component of the building then take responsibility to keep it operationalThat said, you could then approach this facility as a marketable feature ( Internet & Cable TV included), OR attempt to get an income line from the service, like Laundry.
