In the last 5 months, she's already had claims paid out for the clothes dryer and dishwasher.

Dawn, it is my understanding after speaking with his agent that as long as he doesn't need to be responsible for it financially any longer, he will consider any offer.

I know this might sound crazy, but I would try and squeeze in a dishwasher.

They are all brick units. 2 bedroom 1 bath. dishwashers, fridges, and microwaves.

The prospects didn't care; seemed to know how it is.They just want a place to rent; not many rentals right now to keep up with demand given all the foreclosures & short sales.I got a buddy of mine who doesn't even provide a dishwasher.
