Sad deal, but honesty and communication is going to be the right answer 100% of the time.

His ideas are sound for the masses and surely it  helps a lot of idiotic folks ( most of America) who can’t control themselves but sadly He still thinks it’s 1963 and you should pay cash for everything including a beater car with wheels ready to fall off 

I live in Ogden, own an STR in Kanab, have explored just about every meter of Utah, and have looked into buying STRs in most places here.Utah, sadly, is a tough area for STRs.St George is an awesome place, but STR regulations are tough. 

I mean if you really want to connect with people in real time there are other ways to do this sadly and if it was costing to much to upkeep you gotta do what you gotta do. 

I'm a nerd, I'm really into anime, video games, manga (Otaku), reading books, I love listening to other people talk about money and investing.
