Landbanking/revitalizing a neighborhood
How do you revitalize or predict the revitalizaton of a neighborhood? I know the generics. It becomes trendy, folks want to live there, prices start to climb, businesses move in, etc.
I'm curious if anyone has a really good breakdown on what it take to revitalize a neighborhood. You can have a neighborhood in one part of town go from section 8 rentals to 400k new builds.
Any of my Land Banking friends want to chime in?
