The key to any list/marketing campaign is persistence with mailing, quality negotiation & follow-up with motivated sellers.

Yes they do get pummeled with a lot of mail, so I strive to be different, but I focus on being persistent.

Before she even applied, she was all like why does it have to be your application, why can’t it be Smartmove, I explained why, not knowing she and the hubby were the client, then the next day was like ”if problems with your online app persist (others were using it just fine) I will use Smartmove, should suffice”.
