Any recommendations for agents in Houston familiar with multi-family? 

We do not send the information to four agents or any set number, that would be a terrible experience for an investor and for agents.

When you choose to work with a realtor, research on craigslist, mls for agents who list reo's and interview agents that have ONLY or that mostly have reo listings and experience working with investors.

If bandit signs did not work, there would be no bandit signs.Some of the other popular/fruitful means of locating motivated sellers include direct mail (there are numerous strategies here with lists and etc), driving for dollars, door knocking, networking etc.Do some learning and find the model that fits you.

Look for agents who have experience working with real estate investors, particularly those who specialize in the BRRRR strategy.You can also consider reaching out to local real estate investment groups and networking events to connect with other investors and professionals who may be able to provide recommendations.
