Hello - 1st time homebuyer looking to use BRRRR to build a real estate portfolio in Baltimore, MD. I'm looking for an investment-minded realtor that can help me identify viable opportunities and pass along recommendations for lenders, contractors and property managers. I've got liquid capital and am looking to purchase in the short term. Any relevant recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!
