Do NOT rely on them to do it for you...you'll only be disappointed   And then U have hunting season  out our way other than the hispanic or Russian subs all of our subs HUNT and fish / crab .and when hunting season especially elk is so short  they ALL take off at the same time.. so your job comes to a screaming halt.

I have run my Vegas home through the open door.. they offered what I paid for it 3 years ago and before I put 100k into full gut rehab.. if I took their price minus all their fee's I would have left a good 150k or more on the table.my Lake Oswego home it was substantially more.. not sure what the I company was.. although I think they were really just fishing for listings.

There is a lot of wisdom in this statement.I tend to be the fisherman that catches enough fish for the day and has time to enjoy the day than the one buying boats and hiring other fishermen(women)(people) [you get the idea :)] and have to worry about keeping enough fish coming in to pay for the boats and the people.Catch what you need.
