I haven't done this for rentals, but I recently bought a dishwasher for home, and my credit card benefits include a two-year extension of whatever warranty comes with the appliance.

The total sq.ft is 5,200 and each unit has washer/dryer, dishwashers, and appliances.

We sold a property just as we found that both the washer & dryer were starting to malfunction & the dishwasher had to have been a '70's beta edition.Those 'helping them' to move removed the washer/dryer & old dishwasher, but left the newer fridge??

@Dawn Anastasi, you have a great heart and the "deal" you made was to just change due dates on when rent was due, from one day a month to two days a month. 

It's a standard cabinet size that would fit a dishwasher, although I already have one of those. 

I would love to do what @Dawn Anastasi does but the opportunity hasn't been there and traveling up to this date has been out of the question.The wealthy investors I grew up around bought and held for many years and became millionaires quite a few times over.

Depending on the age and model of the dishwasher sometimes you can buy a sheet of stainless and wrap the front instead of having to buy a new unit.
