I currently have some rentals in Independence, MO, however I am looking to expand with some SFR's in the Northland area, mostly next to World's of Fun and the Ford plant.

There is a dog food plant on 29th and Wall Ave.

Of course the plants had all been removed by the time we discovered them.

I know the guy as he worked for a friend of mine, so he got a seed planted in his ear too.

I remember the Trojan power plant, and went out to Carol's Bluff when it was being imploded a few years ago.  

They have recently build a massive bowing plant and, generally, it is a nicer area.
