Deanna Boss Who washes sweaters in bathroom sinks?!
1 April 2018 | 12 replies
Yes i do, every time i come home, take off my shoes, put my slippers on and sing wont you be my neighbor..... the first time would be OK but being that this happened again then that would be enough to charge the tenant. i would also send a letter to them saying that cloths or anything else other than washing your hands and brushing of teeth are not allowed in bathroom sinks and the same goes for the Kitchen sink with the added exception of washing dishes, provided no food scraps  are dumped down the drain.

I wont forget how amazed one of the agents who was showing me around Atlanta was when I introduced him to Waze a few years ago, which forecast  a stopped car around the bend - and sure enough there it was :)I land up needing to call my US bank on a landline more often than I ever need to call my Iocal bank - (in fact come to think of it I never call my local bank) The solution is to find a cell package that includes foreign calls in the base price- and then you don't think twice when you need to call or for how long.

In addition you can't put a second mortgage on a property these days banks wont allow it AND the goods and services tax issues would make the deal impossible anyway even if it were legal. The only way you could do it is to have a straight option so the title stays in current owners name and then flip it and close contemporaneously.
