So, I spent yesterday morning down at City Hall and did the full tour, including Office of Buildings, Residential Permitting, Express Permits, Zoning, UDC, Transportation Office (for a dumpster permit I knew I didn't need that Residential Permitting insisted I did) , and the inspector's office.

I'm touring it Friday.

Three years ago I went on a three week bicycle tour and basically ran my property management business from my I-pad and cell phone.  

@ Jd Martin, I usually pre-screen them over the phone or when touring the property about the pre-qualifications which are: (1) Make at least 3x rent (2) decent credit score (3) Clean background and  no prior evictions. 

But it rather depends on how flexible your work is because it is time intensive to educate yourself, to network with investors, to network with brokers, to underwrite deals, to do property tours, to do due diligence, to manage contractors/property manager, etc.

One time I got to attend a bus tour for free because I was a volunteer while members had to pay $500 for the tour.  

He walked with us during this tour, and they exchanged pleasantries while we looked around.

This means signing a listing agreement, making the house available to be toured by potential buyers, and then paying realtor commissions and closing costs which can be anywhere from 6-10% of the final sales price.

Ideally, I'd like it to be completed at/before the end of November.I don't mind giving you a tour.
