Procter & Gamble, one of the largest and most sophisticated advertisers in the world reported:A year ago P&G announced that it would move away from ads on Facebook that micro-target specific consumers.

Be thrilled if they are willing to move on.In the meantime, agree that you need to focus on only fixing the truly broken items that relate to what you as a landlord agreed to handle in the lease for habitability.  

It's nice to finally meet someone else in Orlando that does this and has some knowledge in this area so I might just be bugging you a little bit when I've got questions (if you dont mind, of course LOL) or like I said in my post, if you want a shadow or a free helper for a day doing something simple (talking to potential sellers/buyers, closings, how you do your marketing) things like that I would be beyond thrilled!

There are some businesses deemed "sin business" that are disqualified from Opportunity Zones they are; any private or commercial golf course, country club, massage parlor, hot tub facility, suntan facility, racetrack or facility used for gambling, and any store the principal business of which is the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises.

So you want to gamble on rates dropping?

Yes I know appreciation is a gamble. 

Variable rates have been very good recently, but you are gambling with the future at bit.

Some things are worth gambling on, but you can't put a price on a good tenant who takes the stress off of you while you're not even in the same state, let alone the same country.Just my 2 cents.
