@Richard DunlopYou're in the perfect state for creative financing in Michigan, if youre licensed I would advise you to -go after every expired listing you could possibly find-give my  presentation on how sellers can sell their house on terms, -you make 3% (I know that's not a lot of money but it pays the bills and gets you started)-You can be broke doing that, you can have terrible credit doing that-You do need to understand Dodd Frank  and you need to understand property management and you need to understand FHA underwritingAll that can be learnedI don't think is a faster way to get started in my humble opinion, and I have 30 years experienceAnd that beats the hell out of being a one trick pony doing just wholesalingThere is about four or five ways I can help a seller an expired listing, being a solutions provider@Dev Horn
