Attorneys not used in South Jersey?
Hello,
I am looking at in investment property in South Jersey (e.g., Mays Landing area), and was told by a realtor that they typically don't use attorneys but instead use Title Companies to close. Is this right? I'm a little wary of buying something without having an attorney review it.

@Meeno T. This seems to be typical practice within the South Jersey area. As @Richard S. said, its totally up to you though. If your realtor is totally against you using an attorney, drop him and find another realtor. Remember, you are their client so they should be trying to please you not the other way around.
