Just be wary of neighborhoods that have already seen the high rise in value and don't overpay with the assumption it will continue to see the same appreciation for the next few years.I'm more focused in western Wayne county myself, around Redford, Livonia, and Westland.

Hi All,I am looking for a home inspector for a single-family home in Western Massachusetts, specifically Northampton. 

Our geographic area of focus is specific markets in the Western US and hopefully, outside an area you are actively working.

We have a remote property that we Air B and B in Western Washington and have a "holding tank" - not technically legal apparently, but the country/city told me it's not something they're coming looking for unless there's a complaint (and proof) of sewage or smell.  

I am in a area (Western Canada) where townhouses and condos are being sold for 500K or more depending the area.

Husband and I are in the midst of purchasing our first REI in Western New York.

Looking for short term rental in Western NC, from Boone down to Asheville.

Hi Tammy Coughlin pretty much anywhere, but lately I have been looking at rural areas in southern and western Suffolk.

We got to that number once we had our first one in western NC and after we had a solid year of history, we knew how to analyze future ones in that area.
