Will the second property be wash, rinse repeat as far as order of events go?

I have this deal in my local city, the seller is super motivated and she tells me the bedrooms were taken out of the house, leaving a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a wash room.

I have owned a small three bay self serve car wash for three years and enjoy the work and the interaction that I get to have with the guests.  

Additionally, any income you draw as salary will be taxed to you - but, that is the case when you take distributions from the IRA, so kind of a wash in a certain sense.So, the key difference is WHY are you investing?  

One of my tenants called and said  that their washing machine was not working, was leaking water, and that there was a burning smell.

On the outside it looks fine, I would at least power wash the brick which is no more than $200 for the washer rental.

But when the owner sells the title company will add back in unpaid taxes, so that works out to a wash for the taxes.

Yet, when you get into different stages, like when the inevitable cloud of dust is constantly coating everything you own, including the bedsheets you sleep on that you just washed the night before (for the fourth time in 2 weeks because its so damn dusty in there!)

Wash, Rinse, and Repeat!
