Good luck finding local real estate groups.Every group that I've found appeared to be MUCH more interested in selling memberships than building community, but then again, maybe that is what all of them are like.

There is a membership option that I have and it's like $40/month but the cleaners charge way lower per hour to do the actual clean than others I have used commercially.

Since I think that weakens my seller's position, I'm happier stating that I'm not at liberty to discuss other offers.NAR membership doesn't really do anything to prevent a dirtbag from practicing real estate as a dirtbag.

To add to what the guys above mentioned, another reason is because most Loopnet memberships are free (although there’s also a paid version).
