Mainly I am just interested in single tenant NNN with corporate guarantees.When I started canvasing the universe I decided that if it was going to be Office space the only ones I would entertain would be medical for all the reasons you have mentioned.Thanks for the encouragement.

Main reason is because there is 1 industry there, which is entertainment, which means two major things to me in terms of owning rental property there: 1. any decline in the general economy, and entertainment is the first to go in terms of what people spend their money on.
