Having been on BP for 4 years now and having had lunch and phone conversations with literally hundreds of wannabe wholesalers, the common theme is that they allow motivation and excitement to blur the reality of how difficult it is to make money as a middleman in an established industry such as real estate.The big disconnect generally is that these guys think the exact same thing you do, that great deals are plentiful and easy to acquire.

I am familiar with adwords as it is how I first found success in my main business(wedding photography).   

And, is this a non-profit venture or could this turn into a "product", even by others, I'm under the impression it's a freebie, which is fine and just something to help BP with.Just because I love my family doesn't mean I'd get in business with all of them.I'd entertain something getting with one or two, maybe three others maybe 5 or so and doing something, but just opening it up to the world isn't seeming like a great idea to me.I know some are interested, I will do my own thing for you, I want to contribute to the BP theme, not sure of the best way to do that. :)

but keep the theme consistent.

My wife and I bought a 40 acre property we lived on and based an Ice Sculpting and wedding venue business from for 20+ years.

I'm finding this to be a common theme in the Montrose area. 

They have a webinar coming up I think this Wed around noon on the accounting portion of thier software if you are interested. 

Passive income, college education, wedding presents, inheritance are all little reminders of the good things that are going to be by-products of my investing.
