That's under your auto policy or for agents/employees your liability coverage. 

It can be years of nothing but the easy life collecting rents, no turnover, sipping rum fruit drinks with bamboo umbrellas on tropical islands.... and then BAM!

People do much more damage than little rat dogs etc... crayons on walls, cracked windows, smoking, fruit punch stains on carpets, holes in walls, disgusting bathrooms and kitchens are all caused by the people not their pets.Then, when it comes time to renew their lease, my little $20.00-$25.00 nuisance increase is not a big deal.  

Growing a high yield fruit tree is different from harvesting it.

You and I and all other Americans enjoy the fruits of their job, which is to protect and defend our country.

Over the long term the risk of the house sitting empty for ages is lower than getting a tenant in who won't pay or leave.

Nothing major - a fun-colored pot, dish towels, a bowl of colorful fruit and flowers in the kitchen; a shower curtain and towels in the bathroom; etc.

Fourth, add a few decorative touches to make the home more appealing: Place a flower pot full of marigolds or brightly colored welcome mat by the front door; Set a colorful bowl of fruit on the kitchen counter; Install some decorative shelving on bathroom wall; Paint one of the walls in the living or family room an accent color that harmonizes with the rest of the room.Fifth, learn to live with and accept what that renter does with YOUR house.

I am writing this post just to clarify things for anyone interested in becoming a real estate agent so that they truly understand the process and what is involved for agents in Virginia.
