How to find out how quickly houses rent in my area?

Is there a resource/website that will help me determine how quickly comparable houses in my area have rented? I am looking to determine how much savings I need (to cover my mortgage while not rented) based on how quickly my house will rent. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
