It sounds like a piece of equipment that must link or connect multiple devices, but I don't understand why it is necessary?

In my experience, a fridge is more essential to offer in your rental than the W&D.The less equipment you own in the rental, the less expense you have in repairs.

In that case the equipment is covered including related repairs to drywall, etc. but probably not everything you mention in your examples.The insurance to pay for costs not covered by other liabilities and warranties is next, although I am sure you are right that some issues to fix a system might not be 100% covered.
