They do not do that 5-10% stretch in value to accommodate like they do on purchases so be wary to have solid comps for that cash out refinance when it comes around if you chose to still go with conventional financing route.

You will work with your real estate agent, your accountant and a 1031 accommodator when the time comes. 

That salesperson went out of their way to accommodate your needs - stiffing the company and jeopardizing his job is no way to repay that.Should not even be a question in your mind.

I have a few tenants that requested a due date of the 15th prior to moving in and I was willing to accommodate that request for them.

I have a good grasp of valuation on most all other commercial asset classes, just not sure what I need to tweak to accommodate hotel type asset.Thank You!

As long as you have a legitimate reason they are pretty accommodating with making exceptions.

This is to acCommodate roommate situations where each pays a portion.

I know very little about Fargo, ND and as to whether there are attractions there where people need sleeping accommodations.
