Where I'm going with this is will you eventually run into a road block on the refis when you reach a certain number of them?

Just purchased a 3 family 3 blocks from UB near the beach that cash flows decent .

There are exceptional agents, but they work their butts off, never let things get into their way (mental blocks), stay focused, and have the determination it takes.

It's located a few blocks north of main street, and things are expanding rapidly.  

I used to a live a couple of blocks from there.

Alot has to do with the size and scope of "block" of mortgages.An individual would probably move much faster in a non-judicial foreclosure process and dispose of the property, and I doubt through any judicial process that there would be a "cram down" of the amount owed.

It would allow you to add a much more desirable larger vanity, as well as make everything feel less closed in.Another solution would be to keep the tub where it is but move the plumbing so you could replace the dividing wall with glass block and give not only the illusion of a lot more space, but also allow natural light to flow and give a modern edge to the room for a fairly small investment. 

I fixed up the building and bought the rest of the block over time. 

Now I block the calendar out so I don't have to kick out a good tenant for another who might stay for a shorter period.
