Additionally, this was an issue that was brought into family court, well outside of any title policy coverage where the occupant claimed to be married to the seller when that was not true, but the argument was enough to cause this situation and the party and the attorney were successful in dragging this out for this long (plus the crap court system certainly aided and abetted).
