At any rate, as I continue to learn and develop a potential business strategy, I've decided the tactic that seems to suit me the best currently is flipping homes (at a rate of 3-5 per year) and then using some of the capital that will produce to pay down payments on future buy-and-hold properties sometime within the next 2-4 years!
