The website enhancements are pretty nice.

Just wanted to announce today that we’ve added some enhanced capabilities to the forum signature here on BiggerPockets.We now allow agents and other professionals to show off their certifications, license numbers, and more in their forum signature.

My thing is I don't want to throw $50 at every house I look at to see if the numbers work.

It is a tool which enhances my marketing.

These individuals experienced somewhat of a bubble, but have now been improved with enhanced data and targeting tools.

If you can't do this yourself, then you need to hire it out.Good design helps draw attention, enhance recall, and ultimately sell you as an agent.

I guess my thing is I hired a answering service so I can deal less with un motivated sellers.

In order to keep myself busy and motivated I'd bring "Goals" by Brian Tracy.To develop systems for continuing survival and then some I'd also bring "The E-Myth."

Just by being able to offer it as a straight sale, ready to go, enhances value.
