(so they can take a bite and pass it along).Hell, I pass on "deals" that fit my criteria all the time because I don't want to engage in the time managing emotions, or personalities of the seller.Being blunt with facts doesn't always go over well with people, so I am grateful to have 100% of my deals be referrals or take overs via referral.
