Taking compliance advice from a mortgage broker, hard money lender, note investor, RMLO, or bank President isn't wise at all, none have the time to devote to compliance and the regulatory side of lending to be giving such advice.

Some do better some worse, Some are on auto pilot for awhile then go bad for awhile and vice versa.If you take a small sample like 1 property over a small time period it may be vastly different.
