I am an attorney who handles creation of corporate entities and trusts to hold real estate, as well as litigation over deals gone bad and disputes with contractors.I have one residential property that is a headache, as it is over an hour away from where I live, but I plan on selling it (although it was owner financed, and a bankruptcy has stalled he foreclosure).

QB was telling me the only thing I could have filed a dispute for was the "Master admin" but that's it and theres nothing they can do since she gave that over to me - here's the kicker - I cant delete her off the account and she still has full access.

That’s great 😃 you answered my question.End goal of the civil and human rights trust association - handle the accounting.. bookkeeping.. contract’s administration …all contracts research 🔬 save the tenants humiliation and ignorance of their own contracts and possibly educate them on how to recoup settle removed the costs in foreclosure proceedings if they must leave their homes…no short sales or dignity ripping tactics Working towards fairness in contractual disputes obligations matters All court summons are handled with dignity for the people Administrators over the client/family new and old contractual obligations - meaning no court appearance if it’s submission is direct to the sources I am happy 😃 thank you very much ..sir.

As stated before, their rates are very competitive with REIGuard (or NREIG, as REIGuard is simply a product they offer)However, do some digging around here about the claims resolution process with REIGuard when issues do occur and you will likely understand my decision.
