However, there seems to be much more moving parts on your part (contacting an attorney for contract drafting, contacting title agencies for escrow, etc) and it seems like a more in depth process than flipping.Flipping, especially the way Jake Leicht teaches, seems to be less involved, seeing as how you can flip houses that are in a totally different state.

That run can be oval duct which reduces the depth so you get a couple less inches of soffit encroaching into your headroom.

Well you’ve heard it from investors, cpas, cost seg specialists, so here’s the 1031 guys opinion:  any blanket statement about a process without significant experience in the process and in depth knowledge of the clients specific situation is reckless and irresponsible.Cost segment, 1031, having a second helping of turkey, taking an afternoon nap and a million other things are never always going to the right thing to do.

and my other X I did take the deduction in previous years.. my plan is to sell my first X when the truck comes out I will give the new X I am bought to my wife and I will drive the truck.I am going to talk to my architect on garage depths for all those folks that own these big trucks will be a bonus if my new builds can house these beasts.. so you go solar roof  solar panel.. and Tesla vehicle and never pay for energy for house and gas for car.. for a two vehicle family this could save 1000 to 1500 per month  easy..
