@Yaniv Sigler The suit is totally baseless and fishing for settlements if work being done is not in the unit they signed the lease FOR.

A reasonable size for someone into fish is 30 gallons. 

I've had bad experiences with Ferrets in the past and have heard some owners restrict fish tanks over a certain size. 

I still wonder if they were fishing for some discrimination... some of their comments were a little ‘off color’ but I just smiled.

Nothing goes around them and things get bad real quick.Every time I get a blockage in a unit that can't be plunged, we pull the toilet and try to fish it from the bottom side. 

BUT it's just a bit unnerving when you see signs that say "don't let your dog swim in Hirschman's Pond" or "don't eat the fish more than once a month").Before I step away from this property, I’d like to know:Is there any opportunity for me to make money from this, perhaps by wholesaling since it’s under contract?

REI is a river, it always flows from A to Z but HOW it get's there is constantly shifting so what was a happy fishing area on the bank 1 day, is a dry field nowhere another. 

Fish tanks, computer equipment, lighting, heating pads, portable air conditioner, electric blankets, power tools, just on and on. 

Lots of my neighbors are fishing every day!
