Metro Denver’s average apartment rent reached a record high of $1,371 in the second quarter, according to a quarterly survey from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, Colorado Economic and Management Associates, and the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.  

The land, land prep (clearing, gravel driveway, DOT permit, stumping, graded for slab), survey, utility taps (and power pole), septic permit & perc test, septic tank placement, all that not included.

No survey was ever recorded.  

How long from survey to certificate of occupancy did it take?

A tax assessment is usually done on a block survey approach by the square foot and lot size whilce a market value is assesed on an individual property compared to other similar homes in an area.
