I've been following their site for a few months now with attention to the newer listings (open house) and I tend to see low COC's in 1-2 star neighborhoods.

If a lender goes to their supervisors and says it is ok, I would put it in writing so that you are cover in the event that the stars align and someone checks up on you. 

To conclude, Rocky Mount is no shining star, but as with almost every where, there is still opportunity to be found.

I have an agent I know I can list a property with and something might happen if the stars align (he has a very big name behind him).I also have an agent that I know I can call and a property WILL be sold.

Many of them were shooting for the stars (which is a good thing, not a bad one), however, setting goals that are actually possible to obtain may be a different subject all together.That said, how many of you who posted in that thread have even started on any of those goals or accomplished any of them as 1/6th of the year has already passed!
