The high level of service and touch that they offer and the auto updating for me on my entities was the selling value that helped me make my decision.

I found the message board at Auto Care Forum to be a pretty good source of information; they have one that's specifically for buying or building a car wash.

Because this age automatically (or auto-magically) gives you credibility with sellers, contractors, lenders, and real estate agents.

There are morepotential options if you are bringing your primary home and auto insurance along as well.  

Additionally the mortgages, if you have them, can be put on auto pay through the bank account.Hope that helps.
